Metallic pipe and duct assemblies

Investment is ongoing to manufacture a wide and complex variation of components. Pipe bending capability caters for a full range of sizes up to and including 8” diameter, coupled with an ability to produce 1D bends in Aluminium Alloys, Titanium tube, Stainless Steel tube and Nimonics tube. An extensive welding capability and range of swaging equipment, in all these materials, makes the company unique within the market.

Complimenting the supply of hydraulic, pneumatic and fuel pipe systems is an extensive range of aerospace ducting integrated into air conditioning, ECS, RCS and engine systems.

Welded sub-assemblies

Welded sub-assemblies include small filters through to large heat shields, firewalls and avionic doors.

With capabilities and facilities including: Titanium inert gas welding chambers, Spot and roll spot welding, Aluminium Spot welding, T.I.G hand welding, Oxy-acetylene welding and brazing of STAINLESS STEEL and ALUMINIUM ALLOYS, the provision is comprehensive.

A wide range of materials are utilised in order to support customer requirements; these include ALUMINIUM ALLOYS, STAINLESS STEELS, TITANIUM, NIMONIC and INCONEL.

Airframe Sub-Assemblies

An integral part of the business to major OEM's throughout the European market, is the manufacture of Airframe Sub-Assemblies. 

These include riveted and mechanical sub-assemblies of various sizes.

Materials used in order to support all customer requirements include ALUMINIUM ALLOYS, STAINLESS STEELS, TITANIUM, NIMONIC and INCONEL.

Detail parts and kitting

Sheet detail processes within RSM include high speed CNC twin headed routers, CNC punches, CNC press brakes, presses etc. 

RSM actively service the customer with detail parts through various contracts covering, single line items, Direct Line Feed and high volume Kits.

All heat treatment, applicable destructive testing and NDT is carried out in house.
