PowerSHAPE CAD software provides a complete environment to take product ideas from concept to reality. PowerSHAPE offers freedom to manipulate the surface form of the CAD model, to build from wireframe and make global changes with solid feature operations and editing. PowerSHAPE includes core hybrid modelling tools as well as a number of features that are focused specifically upon the needs of designers.

Full 5 axis machining with spindle speeds of up to 22,000 and an envelope of 2000 x 2000 x 1000.

• Aerospace Patternmaking / Aerospace Modelmaking

Patterns and models produced in all materials for a variety of applications using traditional skills and CNC machining. Ultimate 3d has the capacity to undertake aircraft modelmaking projects of any scale up to full size wide bodied cabin interiors.

This includes plastic vacuum forming, design and production of all tools and trimming fixtures , one off formings to small batch vacuum forming production runs.

• Prototype aircraft Seat Foams and Trimming

Prototype seat foams CNC machined in PU foam and trimmed to customers specifications. Foam solutions that are lightweight and buoyant for commercial airline industry applications. These specially formulated foams contain flame-retardant additives designed to meet the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 25.853 (a) for commercial aircraft interior compartment components. Open cell, elastomeric, ergonomic, urethane foams breathe and wick away body moisture.
