Strechformed and acoustically perforated skins anodised using an automated treatment plant . Skins and honeycomb, one shot hot bond autoclave and oven cured. Profile machining of bonded components using CNC 3 and 5 axis equipment. Automated NDT (C-scan)Materials treated include aluminium, stainless steel and titanium skins, solid or perforated, together with aluminium and nomex honeycomb cores.
