EASA for Africa
EASA Training Courses
We were approached by an Aviation Maintenance Engineering Company from Africa which wanted to update the Human
Factors in Aviation and Fuel Tank Safety Training of all its’ staff to EASA Training standards. The problem for them
was that they did not have one main location for most of their personnel - instead they were located in more than
15 countries worldwide. We suggested our E-Learning EASA training courses which can be accessed from anywhere with
an internet connection and we set them up with 60 courses. Their company received quality, EASA training courses
for all their personnel without any production time lost or any travel/accommodation costs as they were able to
carry out the training in their own time at home or in their work accommodation.
Eastern Promise
Aviation Maintenance, Engineering and Technician jobs recruitment
A request was received from an airline in a Middle Eastern country for the recruitment, selection and placement of
EASA part 66 engineers for their aircraft maintenance jobs. Due to the location the airline had experienced
difficulty in sourcing personnel but nevertheless reliable and fully qualified engineers who had undergone EASA
training were found for the position. A mutually agreeable contract was formed and we continue to supply personnel
to this airline
today. The working relationship is one which has greatly enhanced the airline’s local technical knowledge and
allowed them to aim towards full EASA approval standards for their company and their own aircraft maintenance
engineers.
EASA Training for the Masses
Human Factors in Aviation and Fuel Tank Safety Training
A request was received from another aviation personnel recruitment company for information on our E-Learning EASA
Training courses. They had large numbers of contract personnel who required Human Factors in Aviation and Fuel Tank
Safety Training as theirs’ had expired or they had not yet completed it. We arranged courses for all personnel who
needed to update their training very quickly and continue to supply them with courses today for new staff and those
who need refreshment.
