Aerospace technical mouldings design

Technical mouldings design includes material selection to meet solutions, environmental, performance and cost requirements, tooling selection, improving performance and saving weight. Technical support starts with 3D modelling of components and assemblies, component prototyping so it can be visualised by all those in the project team, proving fit, form and function. Reverse engineering can be used to create parts from existing or obsolete parts or where no records exist.

We provide First Article Inspection reports for full dimensional checks on components with CMM, shadowgraph and other inspection equipment.
