We continually review pay rates and conditions to ensure the retention of our top maintenance personnel, the majority of whom have served us loyally over many years. A number of personnel are employed on a permanent basis. These personnel act as our Maintenance Team Leaders and are vastly experienced in running projects worldwide. They can offer assistance to the client when assigning work to our contract personnel as they know each individual personally and can best match their specific skills to the project in hand.

How?

Recruitment is our core business and we are able to access candidates very quickly via our internal database, our researchers, and other external databases. Advertising is often cheaper for us to manage as we advertise daily in a variety of media. We conduct initial interviews with candidates, and only present you with a short list of candidates that match your specific requirements. The process saves your internal administration departments a vast number of hours in terms of processing and interviewing time.

Our Recruitment Team has considerable experience in dealing with travel and accommodation requirements, visa applications and work permits (where required) and will work with our clients’ and the relevant embassy in London should this be necessary. Qualitair is responsible for any holiday and sick pay due to its contract personnel. In addition, Qualitair arranges comprehensive travel, sickness and accident insurance for its personnel.

Our contract personnel normally use their own personal tool kits. All tools are marked and the personnel will have an itemised list of tools with their tool kits. Qualitair provides all personnel with protective work wear.
