Aircraft potable water filters
Aircraft potable water filters installed within the fill-line plumbing of the on-board potable water tank are
EASA certified and currently flying with airline customers, demonstrating impressive in-service water quality
results from uplifts on a global platform. Aerocare potable water filters provide protection against the following
waterborne micro-organisms:
Legionella contamination: micro-organisms responsible for Legionnaires disease
Oocyst contamination: these cysts cause Cryptosporidia and Giardia infections, two very serious health problems
Coliform contamination: micro-organisms responsible for a wide range of illness including food poisoning
Pseudomonas, an emerging opportunistic pathogen of clinical relevance. Several different epidemiological studies
indicate antibiotic resistance is increasing.
