The Company's experience is in the manufacture of components in a wide variety of materials. Nickel Alloy springs (including Beryllium Copper, Hastelloy and Ni Span C) and Cobalt Alloy springs (including Elgiloy, Titanium and Inconel).

Doig Springs use only the most technologically advanced manufacturing equipment incorporating, in most instances, electronic contact and proximity sensors, used extensively to safeguard consistent product quality.

Bespoke springs

The Company produces a wide range of bespoke springs including:

Coil (Compression, Tension and Torsion) Springs including Wire-forms. Wire sizes from 0.1 to 13.0 mm in diameter including some 'sectioned' materials.

Leaf Springs and Pressings with a Material thickness from 0.1 to 3.2 mm and width up to 150 mm.

Materials employed include Carbon, Stainless and Mild Steel springs, Copper and Nickel Alloy springs such as Hastelloy, Elgiloy and Ni-Span.
