Vacuum formed plastics
Our technical competence and strong engineering support makes CWP an ideal supplier for this exacting
industry. We are currently moulding specialist materials from suppliers like Kleerdex (Kydex), Sabic (GE),
Schneller, Boltaron & others, and have a wealth of experience to offer prospective clients. So whether you
currently use, or would like to use vacuum formed plastics, particularly where weight reduction is an important
factor when determining the optimum manufacturing process for new components or aircraft iinterior assemblies,
please contact us to discuss your needs. CWP can offer a technically and commercially viable solution, from
prototyping, through pre-production, approvals and into production, without you having to go through all the
problems of developing production processes from scratch.
We can show you some of the latest materials from our suppliers and demonstrate plastic mouldings and
aircraft interior assemblies from other projects we currently support in the airline industry. Our technical sales
specialists are always on hand to discuss prospective customers' needs in detail and show them how vacuum forming,
in partnership with CWP, can benefit their business.
