ComTech International www.comtechinternational.co.uk
ComTech International provides Technical Sales, Marketing and Product support for overseas manufacturers of
quality aerospace components. The company was created in 1991. Since then, ComTech has grown both in Manufacturer
representation and product range.
ComTech 's principals have their major focus in the aerospace industry, overseas aerospace manufacturers. Every
one of the principals has quality control and inspection procedures to comply with international aerospace
standards, as well as individual OEM approvals, (including Rolls Royce approvals, Airbus, Boeing and BAE
approvals).
The products range includes fasteners , clips and clamps , connectors for pneumatic ducting systems, seals ,
precision valves, cold working – split sleeve & split mandrel, and custom designed hold open rods .
Due to ComTech's close relationship with its manufacturers, technical advice, progress enquiries and the
benefits of products can be conveyed to the customer faster and more efficiently.
ComTech 's main goal lies in increasing market share through stronger customer relationships and involvement in
major aerospace projects. In 1999 a northern office was opened to give a wider coverage and faster response time to
the growing customer base.

PRINCIPALS REPRESENTED
K&S Metal Products and Repairs - California
Manufacture and overhaul of a wide range of components used in the environmental control, pneumatic distribution
and anti-icing systems of the World’s aircraft. Aerospace components in these environments are produced to the
highest of standards from the latest technology metals. FAA repairs of aircraft ducting including high and low
pressure pneumatic ducts , anti-icing, de-icing, bleed air and manifolds for a wide range of aircraft.
K&S Enterprises - California
Manufacturer of silicone/glass seals for use in aircraft air distribution systems. Products include
‘Elastoseals’, ABS 0737 and Purolator seals approved for all major civil aircraft programs. Products are designed
and manufactured to meet customers' exact requirements, with design consultants available to assist any project
engineer and designer to solve new seal requirements. Every effort is made to ensure that the company is geared to
giving a rapid and efficient response to customer enquiries. Stringent quality control inspection and assurance
systems are laid down to ensure the establishment and maintenance of quality standards of products and materials as
required by relevant customer approvals.
Bristol Industries - Brea, California.
Bristol Industries manufactures Engine & Airframe Self Locking Nuts in Hex, Double Hex, Barrel, Shank,
Spline, Channel and Anchor configurations from .1900” to 1.5” diameter. Fasteners are manufactured from Aerospace
grade materials which include CRES, A-286, Alloy steels, Inconel, Waspalloy, MP-35 & MP159. Bristol Industries
fasteners are used on virtually every commercial and military engine and airframe programs in Europe, North America
and Asia. Since 1997 Bristol Industries has made substantial investments in capital equipment to maintain quality,
integrity and cost efficiency. To complement the product line, a complete set of precision installation tooling is
available. The tools are designed to enhance productivity. Products range from lightweight hand-held nut runners to
automated assemblies.
Circor Aerospace - Corona, California
The industry’s widest choice of valves, gauges and controls for aerospace and military applications. Products
range from discrete components to integrated assemblies and complete fluid control systems. Check Valves,
Relief Valves, Shutoff Valves, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Regulators, Motor Operated Valves, Tyre Fill Gauges, Fuse
Valves, Restrictors, Manifold Systems are all found on today’s aircraft. Strong on design and manufactured to
specific customer requirements, with reliable products, delivered on time and at competitive prices. Field proven
products are continually subjected to value engineering principles to improve the cost effectiveness to the
customer. A well-equipped model shop provides developmental engineering hardware and is key to the evaluation of
new design concepts. The engineering test lab is capable of conducting safety and flight qualification tests for
most types of valves, with equipment that ranges from high precision hydraulic, pneumatic and other media test
benches to the latest in computer-driven data acquisition systems.
MarathonNorcoAerospace Inc. - Waco, Texas
With tens of thousands of MNAI struts installed on over 90% of all commercial aircraft built since 1973, our
telescoping, fixed length struts and hold-open supports have become the first choice of design engineers. Hold-open
rods are in use on most major Airbus and Boeing programs. These include custom engineered parts for the A380,
Airbus A330 variants and A400M as well as for Boeing 747,757 and 777 aircraft. Produced in a wide variety of sizes,
shapes, lengths and special features, MNAI struts are perfectly suited for many industrial, commercial, marine and
aviation applications. Every strut features a patented locking mechanism, optimum weight/strength ratio and design
flexibility with multiple end-fitting compatibility, rod end bearings, universal joints, clevis pins and more. The
MNAI interlock and coupling devices are qualified for use on the B777,A380 and A350 aircraft. Designed to provide
quick connect and disconnect capabilities they can be made to fit virtually any load or shape.
West Coast Industries Europe (WCIE )
Design and manufacture of cold working tooling and consumables – split sleeve and split mandrel.
Cold working is widely applied in fatigue design of mechanical and aeronautical components with holes in them,
in order to induce a stress compression field in the most loaded zone and thus increase fatigue life. Bushings are
inserted in the hole by a cold expansion process: a cold-expanded bushing-hole connection is commonly used in
aerospace structures, obtaining the highest benefits on hole fatigue life.
Bushings for metallic and composite materials. StressWave fatigue enhancement uses the technique of imparting
beneficial residual compressive stresses into the material before hole drilling, via two specified indenters.
Easily automated, and eliminating the cost of disposable tooling, Mini Flex Track portable automated drilling
technology is a system using single shot drill countersink, drill seal and fill for metallic and composite
structures.
