CASCO was incorporated in 1982 and has been trading as an international aircraft supply, support and logistic organisation from its purpose built facility South West of London Gatwick Airport (LGW). This facility comprises of three buildings totalling 50,000 square feet. These buildings were constructed in 1989 to cope with the rapid growth of the company. They are fully climatically controlled to meet current EASA/FAA and ISO 9001: 2000 standards.

We hold a large inventory of rotables, consumable expendables and hardware, which has now reached 400,000 line item The stock, computer record tracking, traceability, full archive records, accounting, invoicing, certification and all other normal functions are handled by our system.

Flying hour contracts

Providers of Flying Hour Support / Rate Per Hour Contracts

CASCO is one of the most experienced providers of Flying Hour Contracts. Tailored to suit the precise requirements of the operator, contracts can just be only to cover items such as major overhauls, or can be extended to include all maintenance and repair costs.

Rate per Flying Hour agreements are offered for a range of aircraft types, which can include a consignment package to be stored at the airlines' operational base and purchasing and logistic management for those operators who have contracted to CASCO.

Component repair and overhaul management

Originally included as part of CASCO's Flying Hour Contracts, our Repair and Overhaul Management has proved so popular it is now offered as a separate service.

CASCO will receive components for repair or overhaul, offering a number of major advantages:

Surplus inventory management

CASCO has 25 years experience in managing consignments of surplus inventory. Our stock control system is used and has been audited by major Airlines. We have operated consignment sales and marketing contracts on behalf of international airlines, manufacturers, lessors and banks selling rotables, consumables and hardware. By consigning stock to CASCO and not diluting efforts in an already crowded marketplace, stronger returns will be achieved. CASCO specialises in all types of inventory including: aircraft consumables, aircraft rotables, aircraft tooling, aircraft ground support equipment or any mix.

CASCO offers a simple agreement whereby the consignor receives full monthly reports with financial returns, and will retain access to stock for return, sale or inspection at any time.

Returns are typically 3 or 4 times higher than a Fire Sale, and top up consignments are welcome.

Aircraft spares leasing

Leasing is a well-recognised way of converting capital requirements into operating expenditure and, as might be expected, CASCO can arrange leasing agreements for major items such as engines and key assemblies.

However, many of our clients also take advantage of CASCO's experience in formulating leasing agreements for component packages. These component packages can include all non-consumable items needed to suit an operator's fleet requirements.

CASCO aircraft component leasing brings all the commercial advantages of leasing to a range of items that would otherwise have to be purchased and held in stock or obtained from any available source during maintenance work.

Aircraft engine leasing

Engine leases are available for the above-mentioned aircraft either in bare or QEC configurations. Also, we will purchase and leaseback engines you currently hold as spares, subject to financial status.

CASCO is a stocking distributor for Sully windows, Drager oxygen products, Honeywell (HGL) environmental control, and AD Aerospace surveillance equipment.

CASCO distributes a comprehensive range of aircraft lamps and filaments.
