Pre-purchase, pre-lease and fleet expansion inspection programs
A comprehensive inspection program prior to engine acceptance. TES manages the whole purchase / lease transition process from physical inspections and complete documentation reviews to full commercial engine assessments that determine the engine’s future technical condition and commercial status.
Maintenance programs
These typically include the development, ongoing review and / or management of a reliability program to ensure EASA / FAA obligations are fulfilled, and an engine condition monitoring overview program.
Engine maintenance contract management
Expert technical and commercial evaluation is critical to determining maintenance contract structure. TES has seasoned industry specialists experienced in all aspects of contract selection and implementation, including cost per hour versus time and material analysis and can offer this service as part of the Shop Visit Management program, or as a stand alone service.
Engine management programs
These programs constitute the everyday technical, commercial and logistical management of an engine fleet. TES can define a comprehensive program tailored to meet an Airline or Lessor’s needs, which tracks key components, airworthiness directives (ADs) and service bulletins (SBs), and delivers an optimised shop visit plan with cash flow forecasting. An integrated plan is maintained as a live document and is issued on a monthly basis.
Borescope inspections
TES provides a professional review of the Borescope Inspection findings and conducts an asset maintenance and value prediction of an engine.
TES shop visit management
Effective shop visit management (including Lessor “overview” management) allows Airlines, Lessors and Investors to retain full technical control of the repair process by using an experienced TES engineer. These engineers control shop visit costs and turn around time without compromising the engines build standard. This ensures that the client receives the most cost effective engine to meet their operational requirements.
Record reviews
Record reviews involve a comprehensive collation and review of an engine’s paperwork to verify that the documentation is up-to-date and accurate (back-to-birth trace). This forms part of our Inspection Programs but can also be provided as a stand alone service.
