Hydraulics

Aerotek has overhaul and repair capabilities for actuators, accumulators, reservoirs, relief valves and control valves for most commuter and regional aircraft.

Landing Gear

Aerotek overhauls aircraft landing gear and is held in high regard worldwide for its quality and customer support. So much so, it has secured contracts from the USA, Australia and Canada.

Our expert skilled staff offer a complete technical support package to our many customers worldwide. Our turn times are kept to a minimum, thereby reducing the customers' aircraft down time, with resulting financial benefits.

Wheels

All Airbus, Boeing, Tucano, Honeywell, Goodrich and Dunlop wheels repaired, reclaimed, modified and released to wheel repair EASA/FAA requirements.

All processes, machine repairs, shot peening, aerospace NDT and surface reprotection carried out in house; over 95% of wheels turned round inside 7 days.

This turn round dramatically reduces costs and the need for stocking quantities of replacement wheel hubs, because units are back in final assembly within the operator's schedule.

Aerospace NDT

Aerotek is a NDT D1 test house for ferrous and non ferrous metals. Capabilities include magnetic particle inspection services and dye penetrant inspection, tested to the customer's specification and requirements.

Our test house status enables us to advise on the testing techniques for complicated component parts to customer requirements.

Aircraft spares

Aerotek stocks hydraulic components and landing gear to meet airline operators' emergencies. The spares inventory held is very fluid because of customers demands.

It is worth a call as Aerotek could possibly have the part you are desparate for; or have a unit going through workshop that can be made available almost immediately.

Aerotek has a worldwide reputation for top quality, repair and overhaul of landing gear, hydraulic components and wheel reworks on time and at very attractive prices. This has lead to Aerotek receiving a multi million GB pound contract, from an overseas government, to overhaul their regional commuter aircraft landing gear for the next ten years. Aerotek's services include AOG component repair, on site servicing and repairs, ad-hoc component test and inspection, aerospace NDT.

Aerotek has developed life prolonging processes for aircraft wheel hubs, by carrying out specialist machining repairs. Two of the world's biggest wheel and brake shops are sending all their repair work to Aerotek. A third major shop is lined up for the near future.

Aerotek exports 70% of its production to The USA, Canada, Australia, Scandinavia and Italy.

Wheel Hub Recovery repairs

Aerotek is the major wheel hub repair machining shop in the UK. We repair and machine most aircraft types including all Boeing and Airbus wheels. The repairs include manufacture and fitting bearing cup liners, bushing of both ends of brake torque bar holes. Foreign body damage to the external surface of the bearing housing is a specialist machining process.
