£ 2 million contracts awarded from Airbus.
Manufax Engineering in the UK have secured contracts in excess of £ 2,000,000 for the supply of A330 and A340 Assembly Fixtures. Contracts consist of design, manufacture and installation of steady state Assembly fixtures for the Airbus Filton site. Manufax (a member of the MANe Group) offered Airbus an aggresive timing program to meet Airbus production demands. In addition, the introduction of low cost subcontracting to Eastern Europe subcontractors ensured Airbus received value.
Airbus Filton - A400M PWB Assembly Fixture
Manufax Engineering have recently completed the manufacture and installation of the A400M Partial Wing Build Fixture at Airbus Filton site.
Manufactured within their Stockport site and assembled on site with Leica Laser Tracker measurement this fixture will build a composite A400M Test Wing Specimen.
