APPH filters

All filters manufactured by APPH are either fully qualified by the engine or aircraft manufacturer or are undergoing qualification.

In most cases, APPH is the ONLY approved source for these filters, the use of alternative filters, not approved by the manufacturer, may invalidate warranties and result in sub-standard performance for the systems in which they are fitted.

Donaldson cabin air filters

Airlines re-circulate aircraft cabin air for one reason, to reduce operating costs. In order to maintain high-quality re-circulated air for employees and passengers, airlines must employ efficient air filtration systems that remove particulate contaminants. Donaldson offers aircraft cabin filters that are the industry's most effective at cleaning indoor environments. Donaldson cabin filters clean aircraft cabin air of tobacco smoke, bacteria, viruses, dust, lint, pollen and other particulate contaminants.

EVERPURE

The EVERPURE® Aircraft Water Filter is designed to remove unpleasant tastes and odours, including those of chlorine. It also filters suspended particles which can clog water serviced equipment. When used with the CLOR-D-CLOR® method (which follows a recommended US Public Health procedure), the Everpure unit will dechlorinate a water supply, providing safe, crystal-clear water for drinking and beverage-making.

Le Bozec cabin air filters

Le Bozec high-efficiency filters provide the highest level of enviromental protection through the removal of viruses, bacteria, dust particles and tobacco smoke. Electrical circuitry and delicate equipment can be similary protected.

Filter efficiency levels of between 80-99.997% are achievable for particles down to 0.3µ (NACL BS 3928)

By using an exclusive system of optimal pleat seperation, Le Bozec have maximised the working life of all their filters in each application. Moreover, by bringing into play their wide experience of composites technology, Le Bozec have managed weight reductions in the region of 50%.

General Ecology® water filters

Versa-Pure® AC-2 galley and lavatory drinking water purifiers are the cost effective, trouble free way to assure potable water safety… for beverages and hydration. Removes chlorine, tastes, odors and specific chemical contaminants. RS-1 SG cartridges are independently certified to EPA standards to protect against bacteria, cysts and viruses. Scale, taste, odour and sediment cartridges also available for optimum cost effectiveness.

PTI Technologies aerospace filtration

PTI Technologies is, and has been, an industry leader in aerospace filtration systems for over 50 years. PTI’s product experience has included the design, development, qualification, and production of every category of filtration equipment utilized in military, commercial and business aircraft and space applications

PTI filtration systems range from simple, in-line bleed air filters to “T-Type” filter assemblies and sophisticated hydraulic modules. These modules are actually complete hydraulic subsystems consisting of the main system relief valve, check valves, bypass valves, fluid sampling valves, temperature and/or pressure transmitters, differential pressure indicators, the filter element itself, and, in some cases, reservoirs and/or accumulators.

PTI’s product design team has produced literally hundreds of custom filtration applications. Industry leaders in the area of filtration, PTI Engineers are often asked to serve on industry filtration panels. Design support is provided by an integrated 3D CAD/CAM System with finite element and fluid dynamic analysis capabilities. We maintain a state-of-the-art test that specializes in the development and performance verification of filtration systems.

PTI provide a broad range of product support programs for their customers. Their Oxnard facility is a full-service FAA/JAA approved overhaul and repair station. Additionally, Commercial airline and business aviation operators are serviced via our extensive network of stocking distributors. This network provides 24 hour, 7 days-a-week spare parts service and AOG support on a global basis.

Purolator Facet filters

Purolator Facet, Inc. is a creative engineering and manufacturing organization offering a wide diversity of services and products. Purolator Facet manufactures an assortment of standard filter assemblies qualified to many industry and military standards. High and low pressure filter housings approved to the requirements of MS-28720 and AN6234 all meet the filtration requirements of MIL-F-5504. These filters are just some of the industry standard products available. We also specialize in the design and manufacturing of exclusive filter designs for the aerospace industry.

Sofrance fuel filter elements

SOFRANCE experience in developing fuel filter elements for use in icing conditions have made them a preferred supplier to the leading OEMs for fuel filters used for both security and decontamination.

SOFRANCE also offer a wide range of lube oil filters and clogging indicators dedicated to civil and military aircraft fitted with popular engines such as the CFM-56, V2500, GE-90, RTM-322 and ARRIUS 2.

SOFRANCE lube oil filters are also used in main gearboxes on rotary winged aircraft.

SOFRANCE supplies nearly all the aircraft hydraulic filters for the AIRBUS family and for other European programs, from Helicopters to fighter aircraft.
