We will imagine we are a 145 approved maintenance base ...
There is a well established requirement for aviation maintenance jobs to staff EASA Part 145 approved
facilities, from line maintenance jobs and base maintenance jobs to fitters jobs. Aeropeople should know. They have
EASA part 145 approval themselves. A Marshall Aerospace Company, they can satisfy that requirement. As well as the
hands-on engineering jobs, they also know all about aerospace design jobs, electrical design jobs, mechanical
design jobs, production design jobs, even stepping outside aerospace, to supplying industries with synergy,
automotive design jobs and F1 design jobs. Planning engineer jobs need managing, hence supervisors, management jobs
and executive positions.
Aviation maintenance jobs.
Aviation maintenance jobs occur when there is a demand in the market for a flexible avionics workshop that
could offer customers a reliable and high standard of service. Staffed by well-trained experienced technicians,
supervised by technical managers and quality managers, capability always increasing.
Aircraft batteries battery bays offer aviation electrician jobs for aero engineers. Bays that are capable of
handling batteries repair and overhaul, APU/Main and Emergency Batteries offer opportunities and technician jobs.
They are equipped with highly reliable Universal chargers along with several other smaller chargers, a dedicated
drying room and ultrasonic cleaning facilities; this is a complete battery service for all types of Ni-Cad
batteries. All overhauls include ultrasonic cleaning of components to ensure they meet OEM specifications. We
require high standards for our aero engineer jobs.
Complete aircraft battery inventory maintenance is able to offer a service where a customer will always have
batteries ready to go at a moment's notice (AOG battery stock). Complete battery inventory maintenance ensures that
all the correct servicing is carried out; thus boosting reliability and reducing down time for the operator.
A bay that is capable of dealing with a wide variety of aircraft electrical and electronic equipment providing
aviation electronics jobs, dealing with main areas of the aircraft and always looking to expand. We are capable of
carrying out repairs, modifications and overhauls on a vast array of equipment, plus going down to component level
when required. We have a specialised five dedicated repair benches.
The stereotypical aircraft galley bay area is capable of dealing with Aircraft Ovens, Water boilers and Coffee
makers from a wide variety of manufacturers like Britax-Sell and BE Aerospace. It has dedicated Water Heater /
Coffee Maker test benches and Oven test benches with their own cleaning areas. This enables several pieces of
equipment to be worked on at the same time.
When you repair ULD Cargo Equipment, when you have the facility for cleaning Meal Cart Trolleys and other
catering related equipment, maintaining Cargo Nets and Cargo Pallets, you have the option of leasing them out or
selling them. For this, sales jobs and marketing jobs.
Aircraft maintenance manager jobs.
Aircraft maintenance manager jobs for experienced, progressive management teams and highly skilled
manpower, a motivated workforce.
Established originally to cater for the demands of a fleet of lease aircraft, it can grow. From these beginnings
the interiors department expands and can now boast a number of VIP refurbishments and aircraft refits. At present
the workshop covers 5000sq ft with additional multi level storage areas for high volume.
If you are able to overhaul and repair/refurbish most types of passenger & crew seats, galleys and toilets,
do soft furnishing replacement such as carpet, wet carpet, ceiling, sidewalls and bulkheads, you have trimmers
jobs, paintsprayers jobs, composites jobs, vacancies filled. To obtain the materials, procurement jobs, aviation
planning jobs, logistics jobs.
A Safety Equipment Repair and Overhaul workshop has full capability to work on Escape slides and Slide/Rafts (in
accordance with manufacturers' specification). The slides are inflated, tested and repaired as necessary. All
components are inspected and tested before being repacked, quality inspection jobs.
We also work on liferafts of various capacities, again these are inflated, tested, all components including
survival kit are checked and the liferaft is repacked. We have full Hydrostatic test capability, this checks the
cylinder wall thickness to make sure it is not too thin; we can then recharge the cylinder with Nitrogen and Carbon
Dioxide.
We have full capability to overhaul and recharge portable and stationary oxygen cylinders. These are tested,
cleaned and recharged.
We overhaul lifejackets from various manufacturers. These are inflated, tested, all components checked, the
lifejackets are then repacked.
Aircraft Component Paintsprayers jobs occur in a purpose build spray booth and associated facilities for
paintwork stripping, refurbishment and overhaul of most components using our detail re-coating process, extensively
used for our Wheel, Brake and Safety equipment refurbishment. We can also paint plastic seat parts plus re-spray
leather covers to meet customer requirements. We are fully conversant with the latest water based topcoats for
aircraft cabins. Within this department advice can be given regarding external airline livery, vinyl or
painted.
Wheel & Brake maintenance and overhaul is often split intothe two, the Aircraft Brake shop is equipped
to work on brake assembly, by technicians jobs and mechanics jobs. On arrival all brakes are visually inspected and
an assessment is carried out. They are then stripped down to individual components, where a more in-depth
inspection process is carried out, using the latest Non Destructive Testing techniques (dye penetrant inspection,
magnetic particle inspection services, eddy current inspection services & ultrasonic testing services). Worn or
faulty parts are either repaired or replaced, in accordance with the component maintenance manual. The brake is
then reassembled, tested and given a final inspection, before being returned to the customer with EASA Form 1.
Within this area we have a fully operational spray booth to meet the requirement of the CMM and consequently, NDT
jobs.
The aircraft wheel shop has capability to maintain almost any wheel assemblies; at present, its role is to
maintain wheel assemblies. On arrival all wheels assemblies will be stripped, cleaned and inspected, depending on
RP or OH. All the wheels are NDT inspected and parts are either repaired or replaced, in accordance with the
component maintenance manual. Wheels are then reassembled, leak check is carried out and then the final inspection
before returning to the customer with EASA Form 1. We also offer a full range of Non destructive testing covering
Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current & Ultra Sonic. Within this area we have a fully operational
spray booth to meet CMM inspection requiring CMM Programmers, IT jobs.
