Aviation Agency

Recruitment of contract and permanent staff:-

Manpower Substitution will allow organisations the flexibility to increase their workforce to react with seasonal peaks in workflow, market opportunities and deal with unscheduled work modifications or repair programs whenever and wherever they occur. The worldwide pool of security cleared, highly skilled labour of licensed engineers through to Unlicensed Sheet metal workers and Aircraft Electricians can work as part of an existing workforce or alternatively as project managed team. In addition to UK and European labour we are also looking at other pools of staff, due to the shortage of skilled labour available in Europe, with this in mind, Aeropeople are now in a position to sponsor work permits for staff outside of the EU, our success in providing fixed terms overseas workers have allowed Aeropeople the ability to guarantee supply for specific tasks and maintenance checks.

Fixed Price Services: - Aeropeople pride themselves on the ability to offer their customers the ability to pass on complete work packages, including AOG Repairs, Service Bulletins (SB), Acceptable Deferred Defects (AD), Engine Changes, Cabin management teams. The modifications we have carried out cover work packs including undercarriage changes / engine changes/ full refurbishment of ageing aircraft to name a few.

Aviation Line Maintenance

JAR 145 - Line Maintenance facility: Based at London Stansted Airport, Aeropeople have the capabilities to perform line maintenance service and the associated functions for B747 all series and B737 up to 500 series. The Line Maintenance services we provide cover the whole range of products from daily checks to handling of consumables and rotables. Based upon your maintenance program, Aeropeople can provide on-call maintenance, pre-flight, daily, weekly, ETOPS or any other checks which can be performed in a Line Maintenance set up
