Engineering Services. Aerocare is a specialist aircraft interior and in-flight entertainment systems service, repair, overhaul and refurbishment facility strategically situated to service our airline customers.

Aerocare focus has been to service the airline sector with airline cabin interior support maintenance, manufacture, modifications and re-branding matched to customer requirements for product quality, service level and turn time.

Aerocare International is approved to EASA 145 and EASA 21 G airworthiness standards and has a wealth of industry experience provided by key personnel within the company.

The Aerocare facility is in the Northwest of England close to both Manchester and Liverpool International Airports and operates all production, avionics, stores and logistics within a 10,000 sq ft modern unit.

They offer Cabin Interior Seating repair, IFE repair, Avionics repair, Trim / Paint refurbishemnt, Modification and Design.

Aircraft Cleaning and Sanitation.

Aerocare offers products and aircraft sanitisers but also, complete and bespoke Airline hygiene programs.

The Aerocare product range offers a totally new approach to aircraft cabin environment cleaning and sanitation and passenger and crew protection. The Aerocare process is closed-loop with full audit capability for compliance with the very latest Health and Hygiene Standards.

Airline Health and safety approved to the highest levels of safety to both crew and passengers, the Health and Safety Managers of several international airlines have been engaged in this project, to assist in the development phase and to evaluate the results.

Aircraft Water Systems and Filtration.

Our unique Water Filter assures Bug Free drinking water approved to BS6920 and WRC NSF, every time their aircraft uplift water, wherever that may be.

•Aerocare Filters are currently flying with our launch customer Thomas Cook Airlines. They are Thomas Cook approved water filters on their B757-200 Fleet.

•Our filters are serviced as LRU at regular intervals to align with scheduled maintenance inputs
